Gravity Training

Rascal Creek Physical Therapy is thrilled to announce our latest addition to our Wellness program with the arrival of the GRAVITY Training System. (GTS)
Progress toward improved health and fitness with GRAVITY. Come experience an orientation to our new GRAVITY Training System. It's fun, invigorating, safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels. We can customize your program with specialists on staff in personal training, yoga and martial arts. We offer general fitness and sport specific programs. Pre-ski, pre-baseball, pre-golf, you name it - we can help! Choose from a daily variety of GRAVITY sessions and make it work for you. New sessions will be added as needed.
Introduced in January 2009, this innovative equipment is GRAVITY-based and integrates well with your other training or fitness plans. The unique features of GRAVITY will allow our trainers to provide group workouts with individualized results. In our 30 minutes sessions, the GRAVITY class will provide a low-intensity cardiovascular workout that burns fat, builds strength and endurance, improves flexibility and keeps your heart pumping.
With the GRAVITY system, one very versatile piece of equipment, participants engage all five components of exercise: body composition, muscular endurance, cardio endurance, muscle strength and flexibility. The pull of gravity, adjusted for your body and strength, provides constant resistance that doesn't vary from the beginning to the middle to end range of motion. And the dynamic pulley system and other attachments allow the instructors to create the most functional movement patterns and exercises.
The GTS has a glideboard with an adjustable incline so each participant can choose and easily change the intensity of their workout. GRAVITY classes are offered in the early morning, noontime and evenings as well as Saturday morning to accommodate your busy schedule. Get the benefits of working closely with a trained GRAVITY instructor along with the flexibility of a shorter workout at convenient times.
